  Learning Log - Self Assesment

Work through the lists of personal, business and professional skills indicating your capability in each area. Remember that it is being able to cope in a situation that usually indicates a capability, rather than having total mastery. Then try to give an example of where you have demonstrated this at work. In other words, explain how you apply what you have learned. For the Personal and Business Categories some descriptive headings have been entered, but you can add more if you like. You will find more descriptive details of these headings in the Institute of Petroleum Lifetime Learning Workbook if required. For the professional categories, because these are more specific, you will have to enter your own. Remember to add capabilities from past jobs as well as current.
