Role Description Process Leaders (PLs) have primary responsibility for managing the IT relations with Product Engineering business process / functional leadership. PLs will directly interact with geographic business operations while keeping Geo Leaders and Product Line Leaders informed.Work with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to facilitate change management gap analysis ensuring critical success criteria are understood and communicated. Identify training opportunities and work with the Process Analyst & Training to ensure successful change management and training activities are completed as required. Expert on business processes enabled by IT and the relative position of BHI in the oil services industry and best in class in any industry. Responsibilities Responsible for assuring applications and infrastructure is suitable for the needs of their Process areas and all other Global Process Areas. Responsible for Budgeting and Planning of global process team. Responsible for working with Enterprise Service Leaders for assuring that requirements and design of all business processes, and the infrastructure and applications meet the needs of their process areas and BHI. Oversee and direct, in conjunction with IT Leadership, the strategic IT plan, development of business requirements, and the development and testing of functional and program specifications.Work with the Process Analyst and product line business process owners to designate process areas as “table stakes” or “competitive advantage”. Coordinate with Program Management assisting with process or system changes are on time and on budget. Understand competitive position of each process area process areas in their scope of authority. Responsible to drive global common business processes and IT solutions in their process areas with the support of Geo Leaders and Product Line Leaders.
