Role Description · To ensure a prioritized plan and supporting cadence of business related initiatives for the BHI IT Department is created and maintained. This is to be done with input from all appropriate stakeholders. · Ensure all standards and processes that relate to project management within the BHI IT Department are defined, maintained and communicated and enable the delivery of quality results that are considered best in class. · Ensure all project management standards and processes are followed within the Region IT Support Team. · Location: open – candidate could be based anywhere around the world where BHI operates. Responsibilities · Chairmanship of PMO council which discusses and agrees the standards, processes and terminology to be used across BHI IT relating to project management · Development of a proposed Global portfolio of activities and associated cadence for the annual business plan with appropriate input from all stakeholders · Maintenance of the portfolio of activities and associated cadence throughout the financial year, ensuring that changes in business priorities and resource availability are appropriately reflected · Identification of synergies between Regions, Product Lines and Corporate functions to influence portfolio of activities and ensure re-use of information and resources where possible · Produces regular management information and related statistical information, including financial data and project status reporting including relevant dashboards and scorecards. · Implementation. dissemination and maintenance of project management standards · Maintenance of project management templates · Maintenance of repository for all project management related tools, templates , historical data and documentation · Development of review criteria of schedules and acceptance criteria for project phase devel
