Responsibilities -Develops implements and coordinates policies and programs covering several of the following: recruiting, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research. -Counsels managers on HR policies, procedures and programs. - May handle more complex assignments. - Has supervisory responsibility. -May participate in cross-divisional HR teams. -Communicates HR related programs to managers and employees. -May have budgetary responsibility. -Handles special projects, as assigned Education / Experience -To be considered for this job, you must be holding a Bachelor's Degree coupled with 5 years of hands-on Human Resources experience. - Previous work experience in the oil & gas industry as well as knowledge of SAP and other HR systems will be an added advantage.
