DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sr. Liaisonman shall serve as the primary liaison between Saudi Aramco and Contractor and will provide supervision of all operations performed on Saudi Aramco wells. Will provide training and evaluation of Saudi Aramco Saudi Arabs /Toolpusher trainees. Make recommendations on alternative methods of equipment when unusual situations are encountered and will coordinate timely deliveries of Saudi Aramco and Service companies' materials and equipment to the well as required. Will ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of the contract and will verify and approve all the contractor and service companies operations by way of tour reports and field tickets. Will ensure that the contractor maintains the rig and equipment adequately to maximize efficiency and minimize down time, and that all Saudi Aramco materials and equipment are properly utilized, handled and stored. Ensure that all Saudi Aramco safety rules and regulations are followed. Will work closely with Drilling and Workover Services Department personnel as required to accomplish objectives and will perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the drilling superintendent.

Required Skills/Experience:
Education: High School Diploma and excellent related experience or BS degree in Engineering with very good experience related to the drilling and/or workover of oil and gas wells. Experience: Candidate should have skill and expertise in deviated drilling including horizontal wells, should preferably have offshore jackup drilling experience and should have in-depth knowledge of Top Drive Units, MWD technology and oil base muds. Must have experience in drilling high pressure/high temperature wells as deep as 27,000 feet with heavy mud weights as 165 PCF in high H2S concentration of 20%. Proven job knowledge to handle operational responsibilities on critical wells as outlined above and demonstrated personal attributes of sound judgment, dependability, honest work ethic and leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Certification: Should have a valid well control certificate issued by IADC/IWCF or schools accredited either to IADC/IWCF prior to arrival.
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 15 years related experience or BS degree in Engineering with 9 years experience related to the drilling and/or workover of oil and gas wells.
