Provide support to Compliance and Reporting Manager in designing and assembling reporting documentation including weekly and monthly reports as requested and required. All reports to be prepared with accuracy, consistency and quality of the contents. Responsible for all onshore and offshore operations and projects related reporting both in Qatar and Abu DhabiRESPONSIBILITIES 1) Collects, reviews, edits and updates reports in accordance with DPSA, JVA, Statutory Obligations and corporate requirements for all onshore and offshore operations and projects. 2) Recommends improvements and changes in the layout and the contents of reports in order to maximise comprehension of end users and deliver user-friendly and purposeful documents. 3) Ensures that reports are published and distributed to the end users on schedule and in close coordination with Document Controller. 4) Reports on all aspects of operations and project work, including scheduling, cost, production and all supporting services. (HR, Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing etc) 5) Reviews and edits reporting documentation to ensure conformity with agreed standards, including format, style and consistency of information. 6) Plans and designs the layout of reports including the sequence of topics, and placement of graphics, etc. 7) Researches various technical and operations related topics including gathering and sorting of source and background materials. Consults with various personnel to gather information and clarify details, and provides reports and statistical analysis of data as required. 8) May coordinate activities like production of documents, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining files with various departments /sections. 9) May supervise and/or lead lower graded staff and/or developees. 10) Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. 11) Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding. 12) Participates in meetings as required and company QHSE promotional programs. 13) Reports all accidents, incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or to the QHSE Department if supervisor/manager is not available. 14) Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by supervisor/manager.

Required Skills/Experience:
|
Minimum 8 years relevant experience. Experience of development and preparation of oil & gas reporting documentation. Excellent knowledge of written English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
