Prime responsibilities and duties • Duties include identifying system boundaries on project documentation, marking them up and assigning Functional location hierarchy
• Analysis of Sakhalin II Phase II facilities equipment and systems
• Equipment data retrieval and recording in the various registers.
• Analysis of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation equipment technical data.
• Register all documents received and sent out.
• Maintain Maintenance and Integrity development team filing system.
• Maintain Maintenance and Integrity development team Document Control Centre data-base.
• Fulfil the overall administration requirements of the Maintenance and Integrity development team
• Input data to various registers for the Maintenance and Integrity databases as required.
• Provide general assistance and technical back up to Maintenance and Integrity engineers as required.
• Update and maintain e-rooms and shared network drives
• To be trained as back up to the Maintenance Analyst in the use and update of Maintenance system databases
Progress and reporting of allocated tasks for input to weekly report.
