The Senior Constructions Engineer coordinates and supervises all constructions site related issues. Collaborates with the architects, engineers and design team to receive the designs and drawings for construction. Responsible for the construction site, and works with PM/CM, contractors, construction companies to monitor developments. Oversees the execution of the construction of buildings or infrastructure to ensure that completion is on time, within the set budget, and in accordance with given specifications to ensure quality. Deals with site preparation (including land clearing and earth moving), landscaping and road construction, building construction (including excavation, laying of foundations, and erection of the structural framework, floors, walls, and roofs), and building services (including fire protection, electrical plumbing, air-conditioning, and heating).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates discipline scope of work carried out on construction site
• Coordinate with internal and external architects, engineers and planners to receive updated designs and technical drawings
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g. PM/CM, contractors, construction companies) to supervise all construction activities on site
• Evaluate and help determine the construction plan and schedule for completing the project
• Supervise planning of construction site activities, budgeting, time required to meet established deadlines in collaboration with involved parties
• Oversee the performance and progress of all activities on site to ensure that work is completed on schedule, according to the budget and set quality standards
• Collaborates with project controller, time management, QA/QC, HSE to monitor project progress and preparing progress reports to the management
