Company Profile
Generally as a member of a team, the incumbent is expected to perform one or more of the following activities, the number and combination depending upon the assignment. Serves as consultant to management. Acts as a technical expert to assigned professionals as is necessary to satisfactorily perform work assignments. Develops ideas, and creates plans and organizes projects or specialized studies in Area Exploration, Technical Services, or in Reservoir Characterization to realize corporate objectives. Carries out applied research within area of specialization to provide new means of solving geological problems. Prepares oral and written reports to present the results of studies for review by management. Analyzes regional stratigraphic and structural framework to determine Potential and Risk of future prospective regional trends. Utilizing inter-disciplinary data, builds integrated earth models to improve visualization, optimize drilling and help Reservoir Simulation and Reserves Groups. Attends meetings and conferences related to his specific geological discipline to insure that the most current methods and techniques are applied to the solutions of the problems in Saudi Arabia. Assists in training less experienced geologists through discussions and work sessions.

Required Skills/Experience:
Extensive experience needed, including at least experince needed as a specialist in discipline. Incumbent must be recognized for study efforts in principle discipline by peer group. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Required Qualifications:
BS Geology or a related science. Graduate study in a specialized discipline of Geology, a related science or other extended special training is desirable.
