Management and coordination of all Company Survey and Positioning functions in support of my clients global operations.
To fully contribute to the development of my clients integrated Life of Field Services.
Promotion and support of my clients Health and Safety policies for Survey personnel at the work site.
Responsibility, management and control of the Survey Department annual budget.
Responsible for staff recruitment (onshore and offshore), training, competency, career development and performance management.
Delivery of comprehensive support to all Company operational, tendering and marketing departments, projects and Company global regional centres.
Responsible for ensuring that a consistently high quality of service and deliverable is produced for both internal and external clients.
Ensures that the Company pursues and operates the most up to date, effective and efficient survey and positioning techniques, methodologies, equipment and software.
Ensures representation of the Company's interests and maintains its profile within the survey industry, including appropriate professional bodies.
