The candidate will work as contract advisor in Contracting Support Group. The candidate will be expected to work in team format supporting all contracting related tasks requested by EXPEC Advanced Research Center. The candidate is expected to carry out all tasks related to contract procurement including but not limited to: Preparation of contract procurement requests, Review contracts and ensure legal sufficiency by coordinating with Contracting, Law and Finance organizations, Negotiate and reconcile differences between proponents and contractors, Prepare company estimates and other finance related requirements, Track and update contract payments including purchase orders, service entry sheets etc... Perform contractor performance assessment, Follow up on all related financial commitments, contract renewals, amendments, etc.. Lead (if required) other contract advisors within the group.

Required Skills/Experience: The candidate must have extensive knowledge of computer usage and related software, contracting procedure and strong understanding of Finance and Law. The candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English. The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with quick turnaround. Moreover, the candidate must be pleasant to work with, have customer oriented attitude and drive for results with high level of accuracy in the product. Initiative is a must.
Desired Skills/Experience: The ability to motivate subordinate professional people and to communicate both orally and in writing with professional-level people in other fields and senior and executive management both within and outside the Company.
Required Qualifications: Ba10 years' experience in the petroleum or related industry with experience in operational area. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible work or contact with auditing, accounting, and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable.
A high level of fluency in oral and written English is essential.chelor Degree in, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
