You must possess proven experience in this area of law and you will be joining the firm as an Associate. Consideration will also be given to those with experience in Construction law as well and you will have a fantastic working environment. This outstanding role also affords the opportunity to split your time between Aberdeen and Edinburgh. Main duties and responsibilities: Leading Aberdeen firm require a Planning Solicitor to work within the Planning and Environment Team.
You must possess a good level of experience within Planning in Scotland and ideally a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Planning.
You will be joining the firm at Associate level and consideration will be given to those with strong Construction law experience as well.
Ideally the candidate would be working full-time out of our Aberdeen office but for the right solicitor this firm would consider that this solicitor spends half their time in Edinburgh and half in Aberdeen.
