Oil and Gas Operator based in Aberdeen require a Legal Advisor for this newly created position within the Commercial department. You will be responsible for advising on a range of legal matters and will ideally possess Operator experience. This is a unique opportunity in the Aberdeen market.Working in the commercial department, you will be responsible for: Providing legal support to the Asset, Commercial and Project teams.
Delivering legal solutions to business challenges and provide general legal advice.
Providing legal/commercial solutions on a range of matters.
Draft and negotiate legal agreements with third parties.
Act as a key interface with third parties.
Person Specification: You must possess a law degree.
You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering legal support and innovative business solutions, preferably within an operator environment.
You will have good interpersonal and problem solving skills and have the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
