Petrophysicist with 5+ years of experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.Deliver technically and operationally excellent petrophysics. Provide operational support for all new wells. Pick wells. Assess the risk/rewards and data requirements of further drilling activities participate in the review of well results. Work in an integrated team of geoscientists and petroleum/production engineers to deliver robust studies to define future field development opportunities and reserves potential. Collate and prepare existing data. Contribute to Building/Updating of hydrocarbon resource model. Evaluate rock/fluid characteristics. Contribute to the identification, characterisation and evaluation of subsurface realisations and development scenarios, the preparation of feasibility studies, field development plans and reserves submissions, and to compiling and documenting data and evaluations. Implement development activities scanctioned by FDPs/Studies. Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the static and dynamic reservoir descriptions and models, ensuring that reservoir characteristics are properly understood and communicated. This will require carrying out small integrated PP studies. Participate in the review of reservoir and well performance/development against plan. Actively support completion optimisations e.g. input into sand failure prediction, stimulations, PI calculations and perforations. Work with surveillance engineers and geoscientists to identify & quantify opportunities for maximising production from Developed reserves and for undeveloped reserves and by-passed oil. Make recommendations for acceleration production by identifying work-over and development/appraisal options. Co-ordinate development of, own, execute, and track reservoir management and surveillance plans and activities under the umbrella of the Field Development & Management Strategy, aimed at full life-cycle field development, reservoir management and scope maturation. Ensure proper use and management of the data. Ensure cost-effective logging programs and utilisation of team resources, clearly defined objectives, minimise scope change and look for innovative ways of minimising costs without compromising objectives and while maximizing value. Evaluate acquired data. Identify technology requirements. Plan and evaluate the testing of new tools and techniques. Identify and ensure maturation of opportunities for enhancing the application of Information Technology and Data Management to meet the operational and PE planning requirements. Coach and mentor less experienced staff, and act as a role model for them.
