Assisting with all aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions with a focus on oil and gas transactions.
Providing general corporate advice to a broad client base.
Undertaking due diligence for corporate transactions.
Corporate restructuring work.
Advising on MBO transactions.
Preferably 5 years+ PQE with some previous oil and gas experience.
