Drafting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial agreements related to the oil and gas industry.
Person specification: UK qualified solicitor with proven experience in the oil and gas industry gained in an in-house oil and gas team or the energy department of a respected private practice firm.
Previous exposure and skill in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to accept responsibility.
