Projects: Several projects forecast over the coming years. The first mission concerns a Tank Farm Extension, Utilities and associated equipment.Tasks: As an Electrical and Instrumentation Trainer /Assessor, you will be responsible for developing training materials and deliver the training. The ideal Candidate should have previous experience with classroom training together with on site training for mechanical disciplines.
The Training is focusing on operations and maintenance. There will be about 28 to 30 trainees. The rotation will be 8 x 2 rotations and the duration of the contract will be 8 to 11 months. The ideal candidates will have 10 years experience in a petrochemical plant

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following: • Vocational Competences
• Higher qualification in training and development.
• A minimum of 10 years experience the hydrocarbon industry, especially in refining, petrochemicals, with considerable emphasis on operations.
• Understanding of: Training and development, industry frameworks, Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products – intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Minimum of 5 years experience working within a technical (Electrical & Instrumentation) role, and ideally have significant Gulf experience.
