1. Provide & develop reservoir-engineering services to effectively exploit the reserves. 2. Undertake reservoir-modeling studies; define future development opportunities and reserves potential. 3. Estimation of Reserves, reporting, documentation and presentations. 4. Overseeing the implementation of approved plans for appraisal and development of the reservoirs 5. Formulate production policies with advice of Chief Reservoir Engineer and VP Production and ensure compliance. 6. Formulate reservoir surveillance plans, including the design, managing data from bottom hole surveys, sampling & Core. 7. Designing well locations, optimizing well profiles, estimating production capability.

Required Skills/Experience:	Technical Competencies 1. Well rounded industry professional with extensive experience one or more of the following topics: a) Classical Reservoir Engineering b) Pressure Transient analysis c) Reserves Estimation d) Reservoir Modeling e) IOR / EOR including water flooding f) Field Development
