JOB PURPOSE: To compile and collect all data and documentation related to different local authorities and institutions for land acquisition, utilities, relocations, permitting and approvals KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions developed by the Project Interface Manager to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Compliance with operational procedures and instructions. Budgeting/ Cost Estimates: Gather all relevant information and data relating to cost estimates and price quotes from the relevant local authorities / institutions and assist in developing the report for the Projects Interface Manager and Project Director Produce regular reports on project budgets status. Continuous Improvement Keep abreast with all the regulations and standards required by all local authorities and institutions along with best international practices relating to permits, approvals etc. Develop scope of work for low risk projects incorporating feedback from different disciplines. Project plan, scope, and budget are developed and executed within time
