Main duties and responsibilities 1. Responsible for production operations and facility optimization of offshore oil and gas assets. 2. Plan, monitor and review drilling, work over, re entry and well surveillance programs. 3. Provide inputs for business and operating plan of the company on exploration and development programs and budget. 4. Participate in various field development related studies e.g. production rate optimization by providing inputs on well and facilities optimization, artificial lift operations, stimulation forecasts etc.

Required Skills/Experience:
|
Key skills Minimum 10 years of Petroleum engineering experience. Functional understanding of geology, petrophysics, petroleum and reservoir engineering. Strong background on monitoring and optimizing the well and reservoir performance, work over operations, simulation techniques, well log evaluations, flow optimization, vertical flow performance etc. Experience in ESP and gas lift design, operations and optimization. Experience on well design, completions, well intervention, well test- PLT, RFT, PVT surveys and emerging technologies. Operating experience on water flood, artificial lift methods and knowledge of IOR/EOR methods. Experience on preparing development plan and implementing program. Multi disciplinary exposure, particularly on reservoir simulation models, and its usage to evaluate future development scenario. Software Skills: - Experience on well designing software, OFM, PIPESIM, PROSPER, MBAL, Petrel and related petroleum engineering software
