Under the direction and supervision of the company PreOp and Startup manager supervises and reports day to day PreOp and Startup activities to the company and Startup manager. The candidate must be competent in the Mechanical Engineering discipline with industrial facilities experience. 1 Implements commissioning testing program 2 Review P & ID's and engineering documents 3 Interface with other disciplines with PreOp and StartUp team 4 Interface with other disciplines within PreOp and StartUp team 5 Performs system walk downs and generates punch lists base on engineering specification 6 Review and comment System Handover Packages 7 Follow up and report schedule progress 8 Follow up and report deficiencies 9 Follow up and supervise vendors 10 Works with Emal operation staff and vendors to support commissioning 11 Works shifts as required to support the project schedule 12 Review and Comment test procedures as required 13 Performs other duties as assigned by the PreOp and StartUp Manager 14 Ensures high level of Safety is at all times maintained 15 Strictly follow and support Project Safety lock out / tag out procedure

Required Skills/Experience:	Operates from established and well known procedures under general directions Job is supervisory in nature Receives minimum supervision Decisions are made within policy constraints New and varied work situations jon involves a moderate degree of complexity contacts are normally made with others inside Projects Contacts are usually immediate associates and own supervisor Must be able to read piping and instrument drawings and other relevant engineering documents Needs good English Communication skills both verbal and written
Required Qualifications:	Engineering degree or technical equivalent Several experience in Preop commissioning, knowledge of labour juridiction, safety, construction techniques, tools and equipmentm and protective tagging systems is required Must have strong personal computer skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access as a minimum
