Key aims and objectives:

Reporting to the Project Engineer, must be capable of developing the following major deliverables and providing the following major services:

•Plot Plans, including locations of equipment, major structures, buildings and other facilities. This includes modification of within existing facilities.
•Equipment Data Sheets initiated by Process Engineering. Initiate and maintain the Equipment List.
•Stress and wall thickness calculations of all pressure retaining parts including piping.
•General Arrangement and/or engineering drawings of equipment.
•Equipment Specifications.
•Piping flexibility calculations and designs.
•Piping material specifications based on design and operating conditions, state and compositions.
•Pipe support drawings.
•Key Pan and Piping General Arrangement Drawings.
•Piping Isometrics.
•Dynamic analysis and pipe thickness calculations.
•Piping material take - offs for all piping items.
•Painting, Insulation and Fireproofing Schedule.
•Identify and design tie - in points within existing facilities, specify the requirements for the safe execution of the tie-in
•Manage a staff in the execution of both revamp and grassroots projects
