The Role

Prospect employee will be a member of a small team made up of high level HR consultants in the central HR organization of Saudi Aramco. The primary responsibilities include researching, interpreting and often modifying corporate HR policies and procedures to improve workforce productivity and meet organizational needs.

The position requires providing quality strategic consultations and expert advice to corporate HR management and business lines who execute Saudi Aramco's complex and diverse oil and gas operations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sample issues that might be confronted include compensation and benefits, employee engagement, retention, performance management, policy deployment, clarification and measurement of their effectiveness, and other similar HR practices. The incumbent will work directly with business lines' contacts at multiple management levels and in various company locations in Saudi Arabia.



Status: Staff
Required Skills/Experience: Extensive experience in HR, some of which are in a management role.
Extensive experience in HR policy development, compensation and benefits, staffing, HR systems and processes, and organizational development.
Experience in managing / facilitating large scale HR projects.
Strong applied knowledge of HR Information Systems in large organizations.
Strong analytical skills of organization dynamics & internal labor market trends.
Effective communication, influencing, report writing and presentation skills.
Confidence in interfacing with various levels of management and employees.
International experience working with large, complex and multi-cultural organizations in petrochemical related industries is a plus.
Required Qualifications: BS/BA degree, Masters preferred, in an HR related major.
