The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a planner or scheduler. Duties include:Capacity planning
MRP planning
Scheduling & finite planning
Assembly planning & scheduling
The individual will be accountable for the support of both customer needs and the manufacturing processes. Through its operation the position will ensure the timely scheduling and execution of customer orders which compliment the capabilities of the plant whilst providing maximum utilisation and adherence to customer requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with an HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with MRPII/CRP and SAP would also be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be someone that has worked in a manufacturing/workshop environment. Success in the role will be rewarded by substantial opportunities for career development.
