Our client a major in the oil and gas industry currently require a Commissioning Superintendent to work rotationally (8/2) in Saudi Arabia. 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension. Candidates should have experience with utilities and water cooling ideally. Main Job Responsibilities: *Agreeing on coding structure and system breakdown;
*Assisting in the Input completion requirements to suppliers & contractors;
*Assisting in the development of the commissioning Offshore field organization;
*Assisting in produce and implement commissioning procedures .
*Assisting in produce and implement an electronic Project Completion System linked to a common data source;
*Assisting in produce and implement a fully integrated plan which considers constraints resulted from the SIMOPS analysis and Offshore and Pipelines, construction phasing to optimize the overall project schedule;
*Demonstrate a positive and pro-active commitment to HSE through the personal application of safety critical behaviors;
*Compliance with Republic of Kazakhstan Statutory HSE Regulations, Codes and Standards; Qualifications and Experience: *Engineering/Technical degree;
*Fluent in written and spoken English language;
*Minimum 15 years of experience in the Process industry
*Commissioning Coordination/ Supervision role on major projects;
*Experience in planning, budgeting and cost control;

Rotation: 8 weeks on/2 weeks off (12 days on/ 2 days off - hence, employees are free to enjoy a long weekend every 12 days!) Accommodation + food + medical facilities are all provided on site
