Well Construction Superintendent required for operator in Aberdeen. Start date TBC, candidates will be considered either on a long term contract or staff basis. Responsibilities:
- Supervising well operations and other rig based activities.
- Involvement in development of department budget.
- Responsible for technical and financial aspects of operation.
- Co-ordination of drilling/completion/workover and testing of wells.
- Ensuring lessons learned are recorded.
- Monitoring of safety performance of well operations.
- Supervision training and involvement in career development of
subordinates. Key Requirements;
- Ideal candidates must have extensive oil and gas industry operator
experience in this type of role.
- Engineering qualification.
- Previous experience of working in offshore and supervisory roles.
- Recent North Sea experience also required.
