• Monitor plant performance and trips with a view to maximizing production and influencing a continuous improvement culture.

• Develops and maintains Machinery Reliability Management Systems and practices consistent with applicable international standards.

• Provides recommendations on the use of new technologies and condition monitoring techniques for proactive and innovative solutions to plant problems.

• Provides technical support for plant Machinery Engineers.
