A major LNG company requires Procedure Writers for the following area*General Business Research, analyse, develop, write, update; edit Operation and Maintenance Procedures and manuals. Develop Business Flow Charts for Operations Group. Assist in achieving compliance and continued development of practices and procedures to support ISO systems relating to operational assets. Perform related duties as assigned. Research, analyse, plan, draft, and write; and edit manuals. To Write and review procedures in logical manner to operate plant safely. Research, analyze, plan, draft, and write; edit manuals as well as business flow charts to meet specific organizational needs of the Group. Follow plan for procedure development and procedure update; including schedules for periodic revalidation for existing procedures. Adhere to standards for completeness, accuracy, quality, format and style. Maintain archive records for documentation. Coordinate appropriate approvals and submit approved documents to Documents and Standards Section. Follow plan/schedule to close out gaps in timely manner. Prepare draft submissions for all documents required under company systems relating to Operations Group for approval by appropriate authority; and achieving compliance with company systems. Implement plan for procedures and manuals development; or update based on upcoming projects or MOC protocol. Prepare documentation for internal/external audits pertinent to company and ISO systems. Create and modify forms, flowcharts, graphics illustrations with software. Plan layout of work; select drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material and equipment. Participate in job task analysis to develop procedures. Ensure correct grammar; including punctuation; and spelling and overall language, clear and simple for different nationalities to understand. Required Skills/Experience:
|
Should have experience in Oil and Gas; Field or Petrochemicals; or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Read and interpret technical drawings; e.g. PFDs (process flow diagrams); and other related documents. Working knowledge of various databases; drawing development tools (e.g. Visio, CAD, etc); and Microsoft Office packages. Skilled in collecting, analysing, verifying, and manipulating data. Principles and practices of composing and editing informational material. Sound Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9000 series).
