Will be responsible for the development and implementation of training and systems to support the client Emiratization Program for UAE Nationals (Trainee). The Trainer will require to assist in the design and production of suitable training support material to ensure that the Emiratization Program Quality Standards are maintained and that there is uniformity in the delivery of high standards of training which includes both "On and off job training". He will also provide Support to maintenance and operation departments in the training & development of Developees.
