POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Candidate must be able to troubleshooting and repair of the following plant machineries and auxiliary equipment:
- Electrical Motors
- Valves
- Actuators
- Cooling System & Fans
- Plant Lighting system
- Electrical Circuit and Breakers up to 13.8 KV
Can perform maintenance on equipment and run operating tests.
Can perform high skilled diagnostic and electrical tasks.
Must be willing to lead, train and develop young craftsmen.
Problem solving skills and knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.SELECTION CRITERIA:
Candidate must have at least technical or vocational degree or diploma related to Electrical
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience.
Good command of English either oral or written.
Familiar with all kinds of testing equipment, such as wheatsone bridge, oscilloscopes, meters, meggers, hi-pot testers, etc.
Familiar with electrical codes, work permit and lockout procedures.
Must be energetic, willing to accept any work challenge, and willing to work in different weather conditions.
Must know how to drive and have a valid driver's license. COMMENTS:
The Sea Water Injection Department (SWID) is responsible for treating, transporting and injecting water to support and sustain the oil and gas production targets. SWID covers areas such as Qurayyah, Ain Dar, Uthmaniyah, and Hawiyah.
