Reporting to the Subsurface Manager, you will provide comprehensive mapping of our clients North Sea appraisal, development and production assets to help maximise EUR through detailed mapping of structure, reservoir fairways and fluids, and defining potential development and infill drilling locations. Experience of both depth conversion processes and derivation of elastic properties from seismic data is essential.

A track record in field development projects and experience of the Palaeocene play fairwat of the Central North Sea would be advantageous. You must understand the use of seismically derived attributes in building a static reservoir model, and have good knowledge of software tools, geophysical processing, utilisation of VSP data and the integration of well and seismic data. You will understand volumetric uncertainties relating to mapped structures and be able to incorporate these uncertainties into the static modelling process, leading to optimisation of well placement.
