Supporting and working alongside the Recruitment Consultants, duties will include: Making high volume telephone calls to network in order to gain contacts and thereafter make initial approaches to potential individuals that fit the client specifications and parameters. Building and sustaining long term working relationships with sources and candidates, enhancing their own and the Firm's reputation as a leading provider of Executive Search in the Oil & Gas Sector. Working with clients and candidates at Senior Management level, supporting multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight delivery timelines. Working closely with Consultants and other Researchers to optimize the companys placement ratio and contribute to its overall profitability and growth. Supervising the evaluation, acquisition and usage of online and hard copy subscription data optimizing the use of the allocated budget. Becoming an active champion and strict implementer of the research process, ensuring all processes from proposal submission to final assignment closure are fully adhered to. Leading on the implementation of core assignment templates including execution plan, candidate role specification, acid test, CV format, interview report and close out report. Consistently reviewing the assignment delivery methods and systems, seeking improvements to the way business is done at every opportunity. Jointly owning, with the Consultants, the delivery of the service level agreement made with Clients. Making full use of the primary technologies and databases to continually build knowledge of target markets and candidate base and to improve productivity and efficiency in executing an assignment. Continually developing and improving the relevant professional knowledge and skills which will enhance personal efficiency and effectiveness in the work place.
