Our client is looking for a District Manager with strong technical skills in the Fishing and Remedial product line as well as excellent interpersonal skills and who can “hit the ground running”.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

Develop, implement and maintain excellent client relationships and grow product line through market creation and superior results with support from Regional and Product line managers
Align and develop strong relationships with Local Agents and Product Line Managers to maximise operational revenue streams in un-serviced locations
Promoting a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture through training, identification and resolution of risks, quality management, effective loss prevention and role modelling.
Provide support at an operational level to other current bases within Caspian region at times of high operational activity
Manage direct and support operations managers and engineers/supervisors.
Communicate corporate health, safety and environmental policies to subordinates to ensure compliance
Appraisal, coaching, and mentoring of team
Optimise on utilisation of all assets and service resource to obtain financial and business objectives and targets
Utilise market information to gain knowledge on marketplace and customers to recommend business proposals and provide information to all levels of management
Direct, maintain and improve technical support to all clients to ensure a superior service organisation
Responsibility for resource management, budgetary matters and preparation of financial and operational reports as required.
Reporting and maintenance of operational equipment utilisation for existing and future needs
Reporting of equipment utilisation and forecasting
Provide maximum profit and return from direction of regional operations within the Region.
Delivery, execution and reporting to Regional Manager of established objectives, business plans and policies for Division and subordinates

Required skills:-

Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering or a relevant subject desirable but not essential or a proven track record in related oilfield base management
Minimum 5 years related experience of field operations experience preferably across all Product Lines offered by Company products
Experience in business financials, inventory and asset control and company policies and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong oral and written communication skills including proficiency in delivery of presentations
Ability to manage conflict and provide solutions
Customer orientated, motivated and proactive with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed
Good analytical, strategic and mathematical skills
Self-confident initiator
Capability to form customer and employee relationships and manage and adapt to multi-cultural environments
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Flexibility to travel extensively within the geographical area
