Plans for expansion have led to the need to appoint a QC Inspector in the Aberdeen workshop.Duties include, ¨ Inspecting product dimensionally per current determined Quality Control procedures.
Inspecting product using necessary NDT procedures as appropriate.
Review, Report and Sign down all associated non-conformance prior to passing to stock.
Verifying current revisions are correct.
Participation in Quality Improvement Activities as appropriate.
Maintaining a Safe, Clean and Organized working environment. The successful candidate will be, Preferably qualified to use MPI and Dye Penetrant.
Assessment in competence in the operation of cranes preferred
Mechanical handling (LOLER) preferred
Manual handling and associated HS&E training/awareness preferred
Competence in the use of all equipment/machinery within the inspection workshop area.
Experience in the use of all necessary NDT techniques and dimensional verification processes.
Product knowledge is essential for this role, therefore the candidate must have previous expereince working as a QC Inspector within a subsea company. Interested, apply today!
