As the Principal Production Engineer in a relatively small multidisciplinary team, the incoming Production Engineer will play a key role in creating and implementing the Field Development Plan and ensuring that all relevant operational procedures are in place when production starts up. They will be responsible for well design, monitoring production rates and addressing production issues, creating additional value, cutting costs and planning and executing well interventions.

Applicants are likely to have more than 10 years of relevant experience, specifically in the Norwegian sector and their astute technical abilities in Production Engineering will have been gained with international operating companies.
