SUMMARYThe position requires a candidate for planning and execution of Pipeline Project related to Electrical engineering from tender Evaluation stage through commissioning. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• The position requires a candidate for planning and execution of Pipeline Project related to Electrical engineering from tender Evaluation stage through commissioning. • The candidate should have thorough knowledge of handling 33 Kv Gas insulated Switchgear (GIS), Cathodic protection and SCADA, should be self-reliant and move forward on a task without outside help. • The candidate should be able to effectively interface with external agencies and with other functions in the refinery to meet the project objectives. • He will prepare tender documents, specifications for material/equipment & expedite orders. • He will need to develop specifications for procurement and scope of work for tendering & perform technical evaluation of bids. • Develop standards, procedures, design and evaluate 33 Kv( Gas Insulated Switchgear) 6.6 Kv & Distribution system, Electrical Control system, Electrical SCADA implementation together with instrumentation I Electrical Systems. • Abreast with the latest trends and technologies in the field GIS, Numerical Relays ECS, SCADA systems and Instrumentation. • Identify ways to save cost without sacrificing the quality.
