My client is one of the world’s largest integrated energy companies with operations that span the globe. Their US oil and gas business is focused on 3 offshore assets that are producing 100,000 bopd and plans are in place to increase their presence in the Gulf of Mexico.This vacancy is within their Exploration Team and they are looking to quickly secure the services of a senior RE to assist in all pre-development work. The incumbents’ responsibilities will extend to indentifying risks and uncertainties within Field Development Plans, production forecasting, DST planning, PVT and MDT data studies and large-scale reservoir simulation. Applicants are expected to have at least 15 years experience and a relevant MSc. A broad understanding of the upstream industry will be of benefit and expertise in Eclipse simulation is a must.
