• Varied experience in Human Resources that must include training and development areas. In addition, some technical or operational experience would be an asset.
• Design, write and monitor tailored career development plans for National staff below manager level.
• Specialist in training and/or career counseling.
• Conduct analysis to match individuals to positions.
• Manage independently.
• Deal with complex, sensitive and confidential issues.

• Fluent in English. Spoken Arabic would be desirable.
• Persuader, arbitrator and motivator.
• Mature, adaptable and diplomatic.
• Creative and a good planner.
• Demonstrated good judgment.
• Oil & Gas Industry or allied Chemical Industries.
• Prior Gulf/Middle East experience is highly desirable.
