Senior Reservoir Engineer required to join this Operator in Europe.Qualifications Internationally recognised university education, preferably in Petroleum Engineering (MSc) Key skills Expert in one or more and highly competent in the following skill areas: Reservoir Characterization (OH logging, coring, special core analysis, etc.) Fluid Characterization (fluid sampling, analysis, equations of state, etc.) Well Reservoir Engineering (CH logging, well testing, stimulation, artificial lift etc.) Field Reservoir Engineering (reservoir description, fluid dynamics, reservoir simulation (Eclipse), production forecasting, reserves estimation, improved/enhanced oil recovery etc.) Reservoir Management (production/recovery optimization, field development, etc.) Asset Management (interdisciplinary business approach, petroleum contracts, etc.) Well testing design and execution and pressure transient analysis. Integrated surface and subsurface modeling (using integrated asset modeling methodology) Excellent presentation skills, effective communicator, recognized mentoring capabilities. Capable of multitasking, able to work under time pressure and stress. Expert with the standard suite of industry software (from Geoquest, EPS, Petex etc.) Prepared to work abroad and preferably mobile to work in different environments and countries. Knowledge Requirements Good understanding in G&G, petrophysics and production/operations related issues Good understanding of E&P economics and evaluation, petroleum contracts and business mechanisms. Developed knowledge of project management. Experience Experience in E&P business or related jobs (>10 years). Personal Qualities Able to effectively lead an smaller workgroup of professionals across disciplinary boundaries Cross-disciplinary teams.
