Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that Contractor is providing all QS documents in accordance with contract administration policy
- Agree and validate measure of installed quantities with Contractor in full accordance to the contractual method of measurement
- Preparing Tender, Variation Order and any other estimation Project may need for supply of service and materials.
- Preparing evaluations of tenders and recommendations to award contracts.
- Assisting with contractual matters.
- Coordinating the monthly reports and statistics of the contractors.
