Job Description:

1. Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for preparation designs, reports, correspondence and related data and assurance the efficiency, adequacy and conformance of overall objectives of all phases of very complex engineering problems.
2. Formulates the dosing basis by collecting, analyzing information and date relative to operating requirements, process economic considerations and such other pertinent factors as may be involved as a preliminary step in support of proposals for new construction modification or maintenance to equipment.
3. Designs or studies mechanical modification to gas processing, gas handing and utility facilities.
4. Participates in construction activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning and function test activities for the new projects.
5. Studies mechanical modification, follow and inspect the construction progress of assigned projects assuring conformance with design specifications, codes and standard, recommends or confirms design changes material and equipment substitutes.
6. Reviews design packages and capital projects.
7. Interfaces with the project Management Teams (PMT) Consulting Services & Inspection Departments, capital project contractors, equipment manufacturers and Saudi Aramco proponents.
8. Performs a variety of related work such as initiating reports, correspondence and faxes relative to assigned projects, assembling performance date and conduction studies relative to the development procumbent or adaptation of equipment , interpreting the mining and application of codes and standards , reviewing operating procedures and safety instruction, acting and safety instructions, acting as technical consultant on operating problems.
9. Assists other engineers in the solution of problems outside their specialty.

Required Skills/Experience: B.S. in Engineering.
Extensive experience in the oil industry or similar process industry. Experience must be such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as being capable of project and design assignments.
A thorough knowledge of English is required to perform analyses and studies in depth, make professional presentations and keep up with technical advancements;
Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, Standards and Specifications.
Experience with design and construction of Oil & Gas Facilities and related Projects.
