As Equipment Sales Country Manager, you will play a key role within the Oil & Gas organization. You will be responsible for the area growth and will demonstrate leadership in managing the growth and penetration of the assigned customers or countries. You will grow market share and will support and represent the Equipment product portfolio. You will report directly to the Sales Region General Manager and is responsible for a designated customer base.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Knowledge and experience in the Oil & Gas sector is fundamental, as is a strong entrepreneurial attitude. Furthermore, he/she will need to demonstrate the ability to work at the senior level both internally and externally. In order to be effective, he/she must leverage leadership, influencing skills, and expertise to gain the respect of the P&Ls very quickly.
Growth
- Responsible for the growth of Oil & Gas Equipment (Turbo-machinery) Sales business in Vietnam
- In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas Market and Customers
- Promote lead generation and sales of entire Oil & Gas product portfolio
- Define and implement of Oil & Gas marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume and profitability
- Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration
- Establish a systematic business scouting plan with the purpose of identifying new market opportunities
- Coordinate sales activities ensuring the development of brand awareness in the market
- Ensure Customer Centricity in the team
- Ability to generate immediate credibility with key customers by understanding needs and corresponding solutions to their problems in an accurate and timely fashion
- Report financial objectives and results and market trends to the Sales General Manager and business leadership teams.

Required Skills/Experience: - Sales Experience in the Oil & Gas marketplace, particularly turbo-machinery
- You bring deep knowledge of Customers Organization and Key Stakeholders in the region as well as Oil&Gas market, gained through commercial or technical experience in the field
- You have deep commitment to customer service and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key customers
- You are a persuasive and skilled communicator in writing and speech
- You have a strong sense of integrity and ethical practice
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree is preferred
- Strong technical turbine/compressor product knowledge is preferred
- Commercial and contract negotiation experience
- Strong results oriented Sales experience, in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation or other large ticket deals
Desired Skills/Experience: - Strong collaborative deal leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to execute and communicate Sales strategies in a global environment, to
achieve the aggressive Sales goals of the Company
