Company Profile
We have been asked to source for a suitable Legal Advisor to work on a direct hire bases with a leading Gas Company based out in Abu Dhabi.
• To review and prepare confirmatory correspondence related to Bidders’ submittals, i.e. contracts terms and conditions, bank guarantee, performance bonds and insurance policies.
• To process various licensing applications for the Company and deal with various licensing authorities in this regard.
• To review and prepare feedback reports on cases related to Labour law affairs and litigations as agreed jointly with the Legal and Insurance Advisor.
• To support HR Division in the follow up of Company’s legal matters with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund.
• To coordinate the translation and legalizing of the Company/ corporate legal documents.
• To control the archive of various legal records within the department.
• To create and maintain a comprehensive in-house legal library enabling the department to address the various legal issues in a faster and efficient manner.
• To monitor and ensure the orderly disposal of legal records, evaluate continuously and recommend changes of retention schedules to maintain and improve reliability and effectiveness.
