The Joint Venture:
To conceive build and operate second largest refinery in the Kingdom.
To be located in Jubail, Eastern Province, 100KM north from Khobar.
To refine crude oil into finished products for local and international markets.

Based in the Operations department:

Minimum of 15 years of refining operation experience and CCR and Aromatics/ Paraxy experience. With a minimum of 5 years Managerial experience.
To program , coordinate, evaluate and control the implementation of operational activities in Area 2 in accordance with the directions given by operations management and bearing in mind the aspects of safety, health, environmental conservation and security, framed in JER company regulations and procedures.
To carry out analysis of operational costs, reliability and availability of processes, quality systems, and to ensure satisfactory staff performance. Must hav a global understanding of refining economics and ability to make decisions.
