This direct hire position will be offered by our Joint Venture Client based in Saudi Arabia.The Joint Venture:
To conceive build and operate second largest refinery in the Kingdom.
To be located in Jubail, Eastern Province, 100KM north from Khobar.
To refine crude oil into finished products for local and international markets. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maintenance contracts administration and Bidding Processes for Maintenance Activities.
To develop Evaluation Criteria and Preliminary cost estimate for contracts expected results. To coordinate and manage all activities related to preparing instructions to Bidders, meet with the contractors and evaluate offers.
Has knowledge of cost and controlling budget and SAP background. Position:
