Comfortable in working at a senior level with international investors and consultants. Ability to work under high pressure while demonstrating negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the others, and to resolve conflicts. Ability to win the confidence of others for buy-in and approval. Ability to develop awareness of the environmental and safety regulations in Qatar. Ability to develop a strong awareness of company and Qatars business rules and procedures that apply to foreign partners who seek interest in developing downstream projects in Qatar. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Good command of English language, advanced level is minimum. Arabic is a plus. Computer literal (MS Project, Primavera, Acrobat, Microsoft Office)
