Contracts Administrator – Top international consultancy - Rabigh, Saudi Arabia Our client, a top international consultancy is currently recruiting for Contracts Administrator for the construction of a large mixed use development project in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. Rabigh is a rapidly developing city approximately 60km north of Jeddah on Saudi’s west coast. The suitable candidate MUST speak read and write English fluently. Must be qualified to degree level in either civil engineering or similar field and must have a minimum of 15 years experience working as Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator within the construction industry. MRICS is essential with an MSc in Construction Law would be highly desirable. Candidates must have previous experience working in the Middle East for an international consultancy on large scale projects and the ability to manage and delegate tasks to quantity surveyors. Knowledge and experience in legal matters is desirable. Duties and responsibilities: • To assists Project Management in all aspects of contract administration and Quantity Surveying • To advise contract interpretation including analysing client’s specifications and drawings • Claims works • To assists contractual negotiations of sub-contract agreements • To attends meeting in all contractual aspects of projects, including claims, final accounts, variations and contract interpretation • Preparation of variation orders, trend notices, claims, and negotiations • To advise on the development, agreement and implementation of the project contractual plans by reviewing, analysing and apprising project management of all aspect that govern the contract Our client offers excellent rates for the right candidate.
