Petroleum People’s Geoscience practice has been sourced to secure the expertise of an experienced Petroleum Systems Analyst for a prestigious Operator in Western Europe. This is a streamlined business with strong producing interests on practically every continent. With a reputation for innovation and subsequent return on investment, they have recently sought to add niche skillsets to their European subsidiary to further strengthen their outlook. They are looking to add a Petroleum Systems Analyst to their team to support global E&P efforts.As a suitable professional, you will slot into the company’s specialist Corporate Geoscience Team to support asset teams around the world on a variety of different projects. You will work alongside other elite Geoscientists in the pre and post-drill analysis of petroleum systems, providing fluid property and charge risk assessment in support of exploration, development and production activities on a global scale. You will integrate formation pressure prediction into both regional and sub-regional 3D basin models, and will serve as a focal point for ICE analysis across the company. As this role is aimed at an experienced Geoscientist, you will naturally have a minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience for a multitude of basins across the world would be a considerable asset to any application. You will be comfortable in mentoring junior members of staff, as well as serving as a focal point for R&D programs both internally and externally.
