The main specific tasks are: To organise and facilitate workshops: By promoting drilling performance principles within the Well Operations Unit and at all level of business.\ By co-facilitating WDL awareness sessions. BY ensuring that Drill the Well on Paper (DWOP) and After Action Review (AAR) workshops are held for all the wells. By preparing activity sheets for DWOP’s, brief presenters, generating a list of participants to invite etc… By organising logistics (meeting rooms, facilities etc…) both in the office and, in the case of the AAR at the rig site. By facilitating DWOP’sand AAR’s (will require specific training and coaching) To follow up Performance Improvement Plans: By generating post-workshops action plans with the project team. By tracking progress on action items from previous workshops/projects. By promoting the AWDL principles and ensuring implementation of action plans at the well site. By developing the business case to justify the implementation of Performance Improvement Projects. To share learning’s: By maintaining a database of learning from previous and current projects. By publishing and disseminating the learning within the Well Operations department. By transferring ideas generated at the well site, both locally between rigs and globally. To implement a Performance Measure system By maintaining a performance measurement system for the Kashagan wells which tracks: Time (e.g. actual vs planned) Cost (e.g. actual vs planned) Time / cost performance vs Technical Limit and DWOP target times Unit cost ($/m) Non productive time By identifying improvement opportunities through detailed analysis of NPT. To communicate with the rig crew: By promoting an Enabling Environment at the wellsite by organizing incentives/recognition schemes linked to performance improvement By ensuring well plans, objectives and performance are visible at the rigsite (notice boards, meetings) By organising celebration of successes. To maintain an offset well database: • By developing a database of offset well data – time / cost breakdown per activity, NPT, unit cost ($/m). By generating Best Composite Well Times, based on previous performance, as input to DWOP’s. To compile benchmarking data: By collecting benchmarking data from similar operations worldwide (AgipKCO, partners, competitors…) By collecting data or other operations in the region.
