Safety Technician Series includes positions that involve support work in accident prevention, including inspecting safety conditions, investigating and compiling data on accidents, and providing information on safety standards and techniques. Positions require a practical knowledge of work processes and equipment, environmental conditions, and established safety standards, protective devices and accident prevention measures.
. Ensuring all accidents and incidents of workplace ill-health, communicated by means of the official reporting system, are promptly and accurately recorded on to the computerised record system.
. Assisting the Health and Safety Manager at corporate safety, service
unit and occupational health meetings through minute taking,
distribution of papers, preparation of accident statistics and agenda
preparation etc. includes liaison with members of the committees

Required Skills/Experience:
. 15 + years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
. Must speak French + English or Arabic
Minimum Experience:
15 years
